I’m 17 years old been doing a few small things to improve my looks over the past year or so here is everything I can think of.
Skincare
I’ve been trying multiple different things for skincare, but nothing seems to be working. I currently use Panoxyl, a caffeine solution for eye bags and niacinamide + zinc. I also ice my face after cleansing and have a gua sha just have been inconsistent with it. I just started this a few days ago so we will see how it works.(I stopped using cerve moisturizer and vit c oil) Acne is one of my biggest issues. Im considering only cleansing and using the caffeine serum if this routine doesn’t work. My skin was pretty good on my day 10 vacation which I used nothing on.
Lifting
I have been lifting very consistently for the past 1.5 years and I think I have this figured out completely. I am currently 15% BF but plan to be around 12 by next summer.

I have recently started to sleep on my back and have been trying to get 8 hours a night with me probably averaging 7.5
I have a girlfriend, 3.9 GPA, more than average $ coming in for a 17 yo and am very happy with my life. I am not insecure by any means but I feel as everything could always be better.
Any tips or criticism is highly appreciated
