Listening to a girl’s chopped friend making fun of their friends’ gl ex bf.

I was on a call with my IRLs and one of my hgs is going through a breakup. Ik she was tryna make her feel better but shawty you have NO right calling him ugly 😭 I’d probably rate the guy like high mtn and her ltb.

She’s always had an ego, it’s annoying. I don’t even know where it comes from either.

Maybe me being in these sorts of spaces this much has made me hyper aware of this kind of thing
 
for me, it’s not about looks of the ex or my friend. in a purely hypothetical situation, i wouldn’t be okay with any of my friends making fun of an ex of mine for how they look. i chose to be with that person, so if people criticize how they look, it just reflects back on me
 
It's just how most women comfort each other sometimes. I wouldn't put much thought into their PSL score because she wasn't thinking about his ranking compared to the rest of the population or his SMV value, she was thinking about how he hurt her friend.

True. I never asked what my hg thought about her friend calling him all those names not to make things awkward at the time, but I wouldn’t like that either in her shoes.

The name calling is a common coping mechanism that I’ve seen but a bad one. I’ll prolly message her about it when she’s awake
