Making hyoid less visible

Does anyone know if its possible to move ur hyoid bone up and if so how?

im currently doing high speed jaw opening exercises as I read a study outlining its effects. im also mewing however when i stop mewing my hyoid returns to its low position and I am looking for long term fixes to this issue

also been looking into fat removal in the hyoid area and i would like sum opinions on this
