I hope it feels like you’re getting tortured to death and brought back to life and tortured again. I hope it feels so bad that you have to stop talking

My period cramps just make me feel like I gotta take a shit

@fs51 girl humble him
The testicles are packed with nociceptors and are externally positioned with no muscle or bone shielding. They're also directly connected via the genitofemoral nerve and branches of the autonomic plexus into the abdomen so when struck, it's not just activating surface pain receptors it's also compressing extremely sensitive internal tissue that sudden trauma triggers a high amplitude pain signal (mechanical trauma generally produces sharper and higher peak pain signals than inflammatory or ischemic pain processes (periods cramps))

On 0–10 pain scales:

Testicular trauma is often reported as 9–10/10.

Severe dysmenorrhea (period cramps) is often reported as 7–9/10

testicular impact can trigger nausea, sweating, temporary collapse and a drop in your blood pressure l (vasovagal response)
that autonomic surge suggests the nervous system interprets it as extreme threat. On the other hand menstrual cramps can be severe and debilitating but they typically don’t cause sudden neurogenic shock from a single contraction which further proves my claim that a kick to the balls hurts more than period cramps (ragebait post btw)
