Angle of the mandible - Wikipedia

I have a relative ideal gonial angle of around 119 to 123. I want to make this part of the mandible more "sharp". Without hardmaxxing, what options am I left with? I am thinking of lowering bf% and fat dissolvers. Would debloat and bonesmashing work or is it cope? I believe neck exercises would be great too (if they work at all). Someone let me know.

I don't have a problem with the bone. It is just not clearly visible when I am looking straight but is very visible when looking left and right

You're not wrong about body fat, but there's a but more if you're already at a reasonable weight. Posture really matters here too, if you tend to look down it will obviously be less visible and a lot of people lose mandible visibility if they're not consciously changing their posture. Ask someone to take a picture of your side profile when you're focused on something else and you'll see.

Tongue position also matters to tighten the skin in that area too. I use gua sha and it helps as well (surprisingly, I thought it would be cope) but even as a female when I had 35%bf my gonial was visible so lots of it is genetics.

n***a you joined 2 years ago how do you have the audacity to talk about sum debloat bonesmashing.

Its mostly genetic, obv bodyfat will help if youre overweight, but its mostly the submental region and submandibular glands. which are genetic most of the time.

Training neck might be a good theory tho, I heard it tightens the area up a bit, regardless a good activity

I never studied bonesmashing or debloating bcs I never needed it. I hear its cope then I hear it works from time to time.
I will try neck then will look into fat dissolvers if it doesn't work out
