When your in debates or arguments, what tricks, methods etc do you say are the best to use, for either in person or online texting with people? (methods which work successfully on people who are intelligent, not dummy's who are retarded, like actual techniques which work on all people regardless of intelligence)

Build a catalog of things they have said an done that could torment them. (Only weak minded Yes men fall for easily obtainable fucked up things that u can use against them, they will tell if they are in to deep of your trust.)
