Teeth braces can help with a recessed maxilla and mandible but I'm pretty sure there's special kinds of braces that are made specifically to push the maxilla forward.

mandible is gonna shift forward, which is good. maxillas alveolar area (the one with the teeth) might get shifted backwards depending on the exact treatment you're getting, but it's gonna look better anyway

yeah, some orthodontist practice removing teeth (usually two premolars) and pushing the front teeth backwards, which makes you look horrible

14 is pretty good age to start.downside is that youre female and females start puberty earlier

also right posture helps a lot with perceived forwardgrowth
