Info Maxillary projection

Understanding how the maxilla affects the nose is important,it can alter shape,length and shape. People sometimes get a rhinoplasty and still look like shit but they should have gotten BSSO and Le Fort 1.

This is my side profile,my maxilla is pretty projected and gives a slightly turned nose. I still need rhino to change the width by a centimeter. The less projected your maxillary the less it’ll seem like this,I used to have a recessed maxilla and my nose was just straight and dropping down slightly.
