is this healthy? I don't know the name of the meat, but can I eat them in a deficit, which is better and are their any benefits or something

both look quite bad quality
they dont have the alive red colour and instead a dead greyish one
they also dont have enough fat

i think it looks dead and greyish cause it seems like dried jerky and salami
either way its not ideal
go for raw quality red meats from a local butcher. cook lightly if you cant eat it completely raw

its called suho meso = dry meat its smoked beef I will avoid it if not ideal
