Meclozine is something that has come onto the show more recently and it could seriously help you maximize gene potenial in epiphyseal chrondrocytes. I’ll discuss a article and the mechanism of Meclozine.
What is Meclozine?
It’s a simple antihistamine that has same functions such as other antihistamines such as popular ones as Benadryl. Yet sometimes it’s used more for motion sickness rather than allergies.
This article from pubmed shows that mice dosed with 2mg/kg turned out to have a longer stature despite having achondroplasia (ACH).
Can we start something with this? Yes. Let’s look at what happened to these mice first.

Here it’s shown the difference between untreated and treated with Meclozine alone. The relative body length of the mice treated with Meclozine is far superior than the mice without treatment despite same age.

Here you can see a close of chondrocyte activity difference between an untreated mice, treated mice with a lower dose and another with a higher dose. There’s a clear difference between them and now we’ll discuss what does it actually do?

Mechanism:In this article,it’s shown that mice with achondroplasia which directly overstimulates Fgfr3,Meclozine directly inhibits Fgfr3 for the mice which directly increased chondrocyte proliferation. You don’t need have a gene mutation of Fgfr3 for this to work,we all Fgfr3 activity to certain degree. Fgfr3 stands for fibroblast growth factor receptor 3,one of the main inhibitors of chondrocyte proliferation.

Does it work on humans? The epiphyseal plate, mechanism and functions of mice is very close to the ones of humans. In theory it should have the same mechanism for humans, more potently if paired with other compounds.

For maximum gene expression? Pair it with HGH,insulin,T4 and Anavar.

😍😍😍 someone should honestly stalk research around it till there's new info or formula to find a good dose for humans.

If I can get my hands on Meclozine I’ll probably report my experience.
How are you going to try it, i mean are you going to start with the mice dose then up it slowly to see how your body handles it or not? even then your body probably would be adapting to a higher dose rather than finding a starting dose, + would have to account for different size difference between other people and how it would affect people with specific illnesses and how it would affect their doses. I might download discord again soon to try and get some of my friends to try it too

The article says the dose used for motion sickness in theory is a good dose for humans.

i Believe we have a negative control loop to regulate the inhibition of Fgfe3

That's the problem, we don't have enough data on its effects on humans and we don't know for certain what dose should be used (could be higher or lower), our bodies will respond differently to it compared to mice

There’s more than 1 article you can do research

I agree, but Mandy did say the dosage is safe for humans and from what i seen of him he knows what he's doing (Hopefully he doesn't die 💀)

I would still advise you guys to wait until there's more research done on humans, it does have potential but we can't be 100% sure that it's safe since most of the research has been done on mice

Most of the research has been done on mice though?

In the article,in theory the dosage should be the regular dosage as against motion sickness which is 20-40mg. Yes rats are still different animals, but their epiphyseal plate structure is very similar. And even if it dosen’t work as effectively om humans it’s just a antihistamine and won’t cause many sides.

Targeting AR receptors pathway which barely does anything right ?
No but it has been shown that low dose oxandrolone helped children grow, can’t find the study. Also Jordan wood talks about how oxandrolone increases maxillary density and size.

Pair anavar with GH and other compounds and It’s a insane heightmaxx.
