sleeping meds r so ass they've never worked for me 🀧
 
your body adjusts to it same as caffeine or some shit
I know but it's still crazy that I don't be get even a tiny bit sleepy after taking 15mg of it

You're only supposed to take 1-2 mg? I take 10 or sometimes even 20 and barely notice notice anything!
 
Your sleep hygiene is likely horrendous

Switch to power off the phone early, red lamp bulbs, read a book and try a mix of glycine, magnesium bysglicinate with a glass of milk and raw honey for comfort.

Weighted blanked and reducing bedroom temperature can work also
