sighh okay so basically

What the video is referencing is "the last thing you see before you die", and it's usually a picture of a monster or something okay, because its implying that the monster killed you so its the last thing you see before you die. This tiktok video is a variation, so when it says, "the last thing you see before you get your ho took", it means that a girl with a balayage, uggs, stanley, brandy shirt just stole the guy that you(the woman audience) liked.
