Discussion Menstrual worries (Honest opinion pls)

Cysts/acne premenstrually:
This will come off as insane cope but how can I reduce the appearance of cysts before menstruation? Every single time without fail there is one singular pimple that appears on my face no matter how clear/kept my skin is.

Sugar cravings/Cravings in general:
Do you guys have any recommendations? Of course, i often eat fruits instead of processed sugary stuff on my period but is stevia flavored/erythritol gonna break me out/screw me over like typical sugar?

The bloating:
What do i do to prevent this? It pisses me right off every time. I've started taking ashwaghanda (alongside other vitamins) drinking 3L water daily, and limiting sugars more (which has helped so far), but the period bloating is still so bad.

I'm a guy so I can't relate with periods but I have been drinking two energy drinks and avg four cigarettes a day for the past 4 days

the bloating is kinda unavoidable all of this is hormonal you cant change that n***a except getting on birthcontrol

Nothing you can do. Just keep on doing skincare

Discipline is the only way out. It’s hard though.

again no way to prevent this. But what you can do is get leaner. I love my abs and they always loose definition in luteal and around period. Challenged myself to have defined abs at that time. Basically only achievable by getting leaner than you desire before luteal starts. But you have to know whether that’s sustainable, healthy and worth it for you.

I really really hate this too, but always remind yourself that we’re all in the same boat when it comes to this.
 
how much leanness is okay until fertility issues begin (or is it all cope)? hit 10% bf as an ultimate goal is cool but i worry about fertility stuff

Stevia/erythritol is bad for the heart, try other sugar free sodas or raw honey as main sugar
The bloating:

Potassium chloride and walking to flush any water retention, alongside reducing carbs and maybe doing yourself a tummy massage to improves blood circulation, or having someone to do it for you

Gut is wrecked during periods try to add fermented food before and during your period, alongside omega 3 vitamin D (fish oil)
Ashwaghanda can be full of toxins due to cheap plants extractions, i'm not recommending it

10% body fat for a woman would be the equivalent of almost 0% for a man… it’s extremely unhealthy and unachievable for most of us. Female athletes are usually in 18-22% range. I attached a guide for you. The lowest one will obviously cause issues. Second one might be ok for you or cause issues depending on genetics. Third one or something between second and third should be a sustainable fit look for all.
