Portrayed in media specifically cuz I can very easily relate to certain aspects of characters that are used for ppl to larp and try to be edgy which makes me feel like I cant talk about shit like a character I relate to is Kevin from we need to talk about kevin. I dont relate to him cuz hes a murderer I relate to him cuz of how he interacts with other. I especially relate to him when he was a child and how he had little interest in mundane interactions. Like when his mom would try to teach him stuff or explain stuff to him and he would only get upset or annoyed cuz he already knew what she was trying to teach him.

Yeah its the same for me, I never relate to every peice of a character but certain aspects are very very relatable

To be fair im mainly talking about larped and demonized disorders cuz I got fucked over 3 times aspd and shizoaffective which is basically schizophrenia and bipolar
