what can i do against being mentally unstable?
I have very big mood swings and personality changes everyday .

what can i do against being mentally unstable?
I have very big mood swings and personality changes everyday .

check if u have a personality disorder like borderline or bipolar. go to a psychiatrist they have mood stabilizers that help. also take ur vitamins and sleep it can mess with irritability. I have the same problem
 
Personally what has helped me was definitely therapy, self & past reflection, thinking about how this accrued & how I can change my Self & outside believes, thinking about why i‘m feeling or acting this way, what I want to feel because we can control our emotions if we really want to, thinking about why doing SH and what I could do instead, and especially writing everything down and eliminating things out of my life that don’t align with how I actually wanna live, like cutting off people that don’t have a positive impact on my life
