What is the difference between hard mewing and regular mewing and which one is better?

Soft mew (regular) this is a most basic standard one. When your face is resting, tongue should be touching on the palate. This suction between the palate and the tongue, the suction level I it's a regular mew and according to Dr. Mew. And that should be done all the time. Hard mewing you shouldn't do at all or in very limited occasions. For example, when you are very stressed, like when like lifting up a big weight or doing some hard workout or something, and then when you're doing some hard workout a lot of tension happens to the face and the neck area. Often people get tension in the jaw area. It can lead to TMJ pain..
