Mewing blunder, need help

Alright so I'll keep it short. While mewing when I breathe I feel as if the middle portion of my tongue makes an arch and it stays that way afterwards, so then only the tip of my tongue and the rear end is stuck to the roof. I might be imagining this stuff to idk. Is this situation normal though? Thankyou
