mewing under tongue

when i mew i can feel the part under my tongue like be stretched/pulled up. i think they’re saliva glands but i wanted to know if i’m doing something wrong. also i mew with what i think is normal but may be a overbite however when i mew with my teeth perfectly aligned my cheeks get sucked in and it is strange. any advice helps! thank you

usually what i would do when i barely started mewing was i sucked my tounge and it automatically went on the roof of my mouth

i do that but it feels like it’s ripping something below the tongue, hopefully it goes away with time

i think so it shouldn't feel like its ripping your probably mewing to hard or i could be wrong
