can mewing still work at 18 years old I feel like its cope still a good habit why I'm practicing it now an dits better just to chew hard food and improving overall posture for bone growth.

It could if u are young, I know it sounds cope and there aren’t many evidences but I have seen many people get really good results from it so yeah
