Microneedling

Anyone have any experience with microneedling/dermastamping?
I’m currently doing 0.5mm twice a week, paired with hylauronic acid. Wonder if anyone else has had experience with it or if they’ve seen results.

Have some acne scars I can’t seem to get rid of. Tried GHKCU and am also on tret.

this just looks like regular acne or roceaca. i dont see any scars

Yeah probably. Just been the same for so long while the left side acne is gone so I feel like the smaller ones are scars but I don’t know how to tell. Here’s a closer look

you still have acne so i wouldnt do microneedling/dermastamping becuase it wil just make it worse(from experience) just diet will fix this and when you dont have acne anymore then you can do dermastamping for the scarring

I was thinking of not doing it while having active acne anyway because I heard it can cause hyperpigmentation if done over the active
I’ll lay off it for now
