is oral minoxidil the best for eyebrow growth and thickness ? or is there something that can do the same but without the shedding phase minoxidil has if you stop

You can dye your eyebrows or/and use rosemary oil to improve thickness.

nothing is more effective than monoxidil when it comes to hair growth
