Missed opportunities and nostalgia.

I remembered this song outta nowhere today and it made me think about how many of us choose to not experience life. We let it slip through our fingers with no thought of the future or with the illusion that the future will somehow be better and that we'll be alright and happy then... even though we don't take the appropriate actions that will turn that dream into a reality.

I, like many people here or anywhere else (but especially here) suffer far more in imagination than in reality. I purposely forget or ignore what I know I should do because it's boring, it's uncertain, it's difficult, because I'm scared to fail. This causes me to miss opportunities because I let myself fail before I even attempt them.

Delaying pain or obeying your fear will just make it greater, greater to the point where it'll just conquer you. Don't be a slave to the devil in your ear

Don't be afraid to fail. If you think that failing will make you a loser you're mistaken. Anyone that wins has lost and overcome it, sometimes over and over again. And "never failing" is also bullshit because that, more likely than not, just means you never tried doing anything. Giving up is what makes you a loser and how are you gonna give up before you even start?

You can make your future better than your past.

Tldr: water , it's still something to think about tho

Improve or find looksmatch if they care about finding a woman. Most people aren't as unattractive as they think. If you lack in an area you have to make up for it in other areas.

Most people don't have social skills because they don't have courage. If you're NT then you should be able to do well even if you're not the most attractive. I'm sometimes like really mentally unstable and I can still make it work but it's difficult. If you're honest and loving and you have mostly good motives everything is easier. Being egotistical at times has invited the worst situations for me and I've suffered a lot because of it so maybe that's the problem others have too. Maybe that's a lesson learned.
