MK677 on Face Growth

Do you know if MK 677 will affect the growth of a chin/jaw as a 16 year old? Should I be concerned about it making my nose bigger because i'm currently recovering from a septoplasty and want to start cycling it, wondering if I should wait another month for recovery.
