I think being transgender enters ban territory, but I'm not fully positive. Normally you don't get banned for being gay, you get banned for gayposting. There's a slight difference because it means you don't have to verify your identity but rather it's about what you post. The only real reason we would know someone had transitioned after they registered up for .org is if they told people, which would be against the rules.
