Monk mode isn't about hiding from foids , thats bullshit. Its about marginal improvements to your life that can add up and support mental quality.
1. No porn , maybe even no fap. ait might take a bit to rewire the system to fix your dopamine recepetors and make your life great
2. no music , another dopamine receptor related function
3. Outside time , this will rewire and fix your hormones with the vitamin D from the sun, and the overall feelings
4. Exercise routine, if you are a little tad bit on the heavier side , exercising for mo' muscle mass and leanness is good, and will prepare you for feeling confident in your body, giving good hormones like oxytocin.
5. Read novels, enhance your vocabulary.
This will make you feel more confisent and eloquent in the words you say. Romance novels are also good, they teach you the lay of the land 💯🫡
6. Sleep, 🛌this will rebuild your body and reset your circadian ryhthym to be more in tune with nature
Before you call it cope, start the lifestyle first.💯

“monk mode" ain't about running from women, it's about leveling up, cutting out the cheap dopamine, hitting the gym, getting some sun, and actually using your brain? thatsjust common sense. ☝️💯

no porn? good. no music? Eh, depends, some tunes can fuel the grind 🛕. but stepping outside, moving heavy weights, and reading something other than social media? That’s how you build a sharp mind and a solid frame. sleep? non negotiable. 👍

you don’t have to preach it, just do it. results speak louder than words. and if someone calls it "cope," that just means they’re not built for it. 😮‍💨😮‍💨💯💯💯🫡
