it's not that scary! i've had like 3 done its actually really freeing just to tell someone everything and they don't make you get treatment or anything, they just give you a diagnosis.

iirc its autism, ocd, odd, adhd, anxiety, and also dyslexia dyspraxia and dysgraphia... i forgot that its actually 8 fuck my life, and ts nga was genuinely looking me in the eye and telling me im considered for TWO FUCKIN MORE! i would go full conspiracy and say hes a pharma plant trying to get me to buy more meds but when i told him im going off my meds he just fkn relented
