i notice that people with high high T also have foward maxilla is increase in T the only way for forward maxilla or is there other ways? or does it even give foward maxilla?

I assume high test is responsible for a prominent bone structure, but it´s not the only way to get a forward maxilla. As a early teen I had a backwards maxilla and an underbite. As a teen I got special bracets that fixed this problem and got a forward maxilla.
In my country braces are free by health care, which is quite good.
