Yes true. I live in a western European country and I see random 6+ PSLs lurking about in very random places
You're probably just very young (I'm almost 27).
if you go to a university or upper-middle-class area in Western Europe it's not as rare as you think.

Im mutuals with some male models and they’re just striking and pretty attractive but never chad like htns on average

Suspected that, modelling is NOT about being GL, it's about being striking. Most MMs I've spoken to IRL were alien-like MTNs with school shooter pheno.
HOWEVER, once you get up to foid models, the amount of stacies becomes more common.

swedish women are generally more attractive than swedish men because they both have very feminine features. Most women i have encountered that were of Swedish ethnicity are 6 or more on the scale. Never saw one model though.
