How DNP works
DNP disrupts the electron transport chain and causes an uninhibited exchange of protons. This exchange of protons is what is responsible for making ADP into ATP. NOTHING can stop the disruption of this process once it starts. DNP works systematically, it affects every single cell in the body. DNP gets into the cell and the mitochondria and causes proton release. DNP works no matter what, whether you have high or low T3, whether your hormones are fucked etc etc. DNP also has a 36-hour half-life, we will get to why that is important soon.
Will I keep my muscle mass on DNP?
Don't have to worry about your muscle mass. DNP is anti-proteolytic. This means that it uses only carbs and fats to supply energy to the mitochondria and does not facilitate muscle breakdown. This does not mean you are going to continue building muscle while you are running DNP. DNP puts your cells in overdrive essentially, they are not going to be looking to get larger which requires even more energy. Make sure to hit your protein like you normally would and continue training, never sacrifice intensity, only volume if anything. Training to failure isn't needed, leave some reps in the tank, especially if you are running high doses of 600mg+.
HOW TO:
DNP is often coped about, but the reality is its extremely safe and all of the bad experiences people get are from retarded dosing protocols and just incorrect use overall.
‣ In laymans terms, it causes your body not to process calories and convert them into heat. You can see how this would be miserable for a bit. This is the only way to shed fat at an insanely rapid rate without eating into muscle tissue.
You will lose an additional 1.5-2 LB per week JUST FROM DNP's additional energy expenditure.
Just remember with DNP, whatever dose your taking per day will accumulate and your active dose will be the past 3 dosages. Example if your taking 200mg per day, by day 3 you will have 600mg working in your body.
200-400 MG of DNP daily is a sweetspot for extreme leanmaxers with experience, just note taking this in the summer will be miserable.
