It's not really a critic but sometimes i think you're over-exaggerating about industrial food, especially for that pic, i've seen far worse.
I do agree that nowadays excess refined carbs/oils can lead to health issues like obesity in our sedentary world, but at some point, through history mass-produced industrial food saved the western continent from famine and underdeveloppement
(cf Importation of potatoes to France, even if people had access to lard, eggs and milk, alongside poor results of cereal production (disease etc))
Imo nowadays it's a matter of pure genetics like if your final height is 5'6 as a man, you can eat liver meat and drink whole milk your whole childhood/life you'll will not grow up to 6'4, your parents just gave you bad genetics sadly.
In my case i ended-up being the taller guy of my whole family and my childhood diet was corn flakes in the morning and chicken kievs with beans at the school cantina.
I do agree that excess calories lead to unnecessary fat storage and face bloating, but people are coping with diet without realizing that only DNA matters
