I know I can get somewhere in life with sports and academics because I know I'm not that much of a r****d. I plan on becoming a nurse or a tech for psychiatric hospitals but currently I'm doing pretty good in sports and if I continue doing them maybe I could get a scholarship BUT i'm selectively productive and I lose motivation easily + I'm between the line of going no where in life and actually doing something with myself.
im ignoring quitting smoking, I wanna get my mental health better because if I decide to be in the medical field I HAVE to be stable. Therapy doesn't work, meds don't really do anything, distracting myself with other things don't work so I really don't know what to do to better myself
im young so I have a lot of time to change the way I am but idk where to start, does all of this make sense?
