- when you get msemarpe your maxilla not only expands laterally but turns out because the force of the facial muscles which makes the inner area of your eyes and sides of nose smoothen out, so if you have confusing infras where your outer canthus area is protruded but the inner is darkened or "recessed" then consider msemarpe cuz you might also have a slightly narrow palate as well

and this isnt a mse marpe inpromevent, consider eye cutting if you cant afford mse marpe because it makes the inner looksmoother
