I'm genuinely thinking about traveling to Russia to do this. It's too good a deal; it's paying a Russian 3,000 euros instead of a Jew 12,000 just for the MSE. This goes completely against my line of thinking regarding what I had planned for my journey to the top of physical ascension, but it's too good a deal to ignore. I think I'll do an online consultation. Although it will probably be in a couple of years before I have enough money to pay for that and make two trips to Russia.
