Ohh I get it, thanks for explanaiton. To be honest it sounds like the meme "this will be my year". Maybe it would be less people stressing if improving was only a part of everyday life. I didn't stopped gym nor studying because it's fun and I like it, not because of a motivational video.

This is like the opposite of what I do, winter is the only season I find enjoyable. I just chill, drink hot chocolate, watch stuff, go out for walks without having to see normies and couples everywhere, cozy sweaters etc

I hate summer. It can be good only if you're young because it means vacations and beaches. But once you're strating to work and start your adult life, you love Fall, Winter & Spring

Winter arc isn't a cope, it's beneficial. Better focusing on gym, diet, cardio, business and locking in, than rotting on video games, netflix, doing nothing, relying on alcohol, drugs and medications

I live in a rural area, fall & winter means cutting and split wood for me. The warmth of the wood-stove is top tier, while normies struggle to pay the heat bills
