there is no fucking way she doesnt vomit it all back up after eating it. correct me if im wrong but im serious shes either spamming cardio for the next 8 hours of her day or she just throws it all back up. its just not physically possible to stay this skinny

it's literally not possible to eat so much food and stay skinny without vomiting it, overexercising, or heavily restricting calorie intake before/after to make up for it unless you have some sort of health condition

i'm not sure if you wanted an actual answer, but i found one anyway

she goes to the gym, gets 20k steps minimum daily, watches her calories most of her days, does a mukbang weekly or biweekly. So she maintains her weight.
