You can always eat like 7 of them and it'll only be 17 kcal, also the edible ones always have some sort of insane health benefit and tend to imitate the flavor of higher calorie foods

I get it and yeah obviously Im fat, also low cal always makes you feel morally superior
 
Have no control, and low cal just always feels incredibly dainty, sexy, feminine
Do u genuinely enjoy eating low cal? Well low calorie for a prolonged time is bad for you, that is all I gotta say

Nahh there is no proof, only studies which prove that cholesterol is bad are epidemiology and associative studies which are not even science, in reality there are studies showing that vegans and vegetarians are more prone to artheroclerosis and heart disease, also the root cause of heart disease is seed oils which clogs ur arteries and create inflammations

You can only justify consuming fatty meat if you do hours of physical activity each week, and sugar is just gluttony with no benefits, sodium is okay as long as you stay hydrated and sweat

The cholesterol from fatty meat like red meat is the backbone for ur cell function, almost all your hormones are made up of cholesterol, high cholesterol equals longevity, look at the Japanese, they have one of the highest life expectancy because they eat a lot of raw eggs and occasionally raw red meat too

They eat much smaller portions, also they are much more careful about the quality of eggs and chickens being farmed in the country

Smaller portions because they eat very high quality food and so a little of it goes a long way, yes the quality is good, but if u find a good farm then u don’t need to worry abt it, also as I said don’t fear cholesterol and eat lean meat

Fair, the meat they have probably has less bad cholesteral and more nutrients plus less calories since its cleaner
