They're usually filled with a lot of grains (oats, fresh bread and cereal), lots of peanut butter, dried beans & peas, and other miscellaneous stuff. Around this time last year I did an experiment and lived solely off the pantry for a month and a half, aside from the free food provided at my job. Made a lot of stuff with it in the slow cooker and ate a lot of life cereal and generic Cheerios. By the end of the experiment I was extremely fit. Never lacked energy during that time and was always satiated.
