I failed to do the following in my life. Now I am a miserable unemployed mid twenties 6'0-6'1 virgin.

Ask a girl out on a date. Don't care about rejection (I've never asked a female out despite being in my mid twenties).

Try to maintain your childhood friends (old bonds are strong as they have a greater emotional connection due to growing up together).

In every endeavor try to do your best (even simple things like brushing your teeth or making your bed, not just studies or hobbies).

Choose a hobbie and stick to it. I tried so many hobbies (music, singing, art, coding, mathematics, reading, photography etc) but I quit all of it. In the end, I've concluded that it never mattered what I did, only that I should have stuck with it, mastered it and then networked with others who shared my developed passion. However, I never developed any worthwhile skills, or stayed long enough at University hobbie centric clubs, so I never networked and fostered friendships with similar minded individuals.

Stop posting on psl looksmax forums (its a waste of time) and only leads to body dysmorphic neuroticism. If you insist on looksmaxxing, stick to the looksmaxxing section and be wary of side effects or botched procedures from surgerymaxxing or other invasive procedures.

Go to university and live in a dormitory to socialize (do not commute).

Consider starting a side business during University/HS, so that once you graduate you can fall back on that.

Do not be afraid of failure.

Stop mindlessly consuming low quality media (youtube/tiktok brain rot).

Only play video games/anime if you have the intention of doing youtube/streaming or monetizing it in some way.

To make friends try smiling more often and asking people about their hobbies (people love to talk about themselves). Refrain from just interviewing people. If you are awkward, consistent exposure therapy will make you less awkward.

If you have a dream job, reach out to someone successful in your chosen field. If you are young 18-22, they will be more likely to indulge in your curiosity as they may see themselves in you. Do so not expecting to get paid.

Develop diverse skills and be open minded. Often entrepreneurial success is a combination of combining different sectors. Additionally, keep an eye out on novel industries or innovations eg those who criticized or failed to adapt to AI, crypto or even the internet, earlier on, did not maximize their success. Eg the famous economic Paul Krugman coitized the internet as having no more contribution to society than the fax machine lol...Similarly, Blockbuster failed to adapt, Kodak failed to adapt, Blackberry failed to adapt.

If you fail, try again. Life is often a numbers game and a product of one's persistence and tenacity. Conversely, don't be narrow minded and if you continue to fail consider diversifying your time (but not entirely giving up).
