Rhinoplasties are incredibly low risk when done correctly, and probably the highest ROI surgery someone can get cosmetics wise, go for the rhino no matter what stories you hear. This applies to other things like finasteride for men or hgh for manlets

If you’re asian then definitely don’t get a rhino, as i said they are made for european and european adjacent phenos, asians have bulbous tips similar to africs, an alarplasty is lower in price and far more efficient and natural
