My body goal

I cannot say anything since I am not a professional to deal with people like u. 21+ age is what I consider adult.

You should once meet a doctor who specialises in these matters. Ask them if something is wrong with you or not. They are the ones who can make sane judgements. Also visit some lab where they see your muscle mass, skeletal mass and bf%.

Below 18 bmi is not ideal at all.
ngl doctors and specialists are cope, they always say the same bullshit

n****r are u forgetting the fact i said i have zero issues physically with my current weight im well aware of what bmi is and what a ‘healthy’ one is, personally like i said im as healthy as i was at any other bmi most likely healthier since i was only at a higher bmi before due to constant binge drinking for over a year. stop pushing ur obese agenda onto me I BEG

Yes many people are skinny naturally if your parents are skinny too. Being thin is genetic in such cases.

When you are too thin and none of your family members are like you, then it's not genetic or natural. It's something problematic. My mom's dad was also skinny inspite of eating a lot. He was skinny due to his own dad.

I don't think being skinny looks attractive when your bones are visible and flat as hell.

What I consider attractive is - slim body with decent amount of flesh and not being flat. Skinny af and slim is not same.

It's relative. Poor village people think I am tall. Elite and well to do people call me short.

I don't feel bad since Ilia Topuria is 5'7" and he hits like a rock. Alexander Volkanovski, Merab and Petr Yan are of my height. They are not some losers.

Ofc I won't date females who are above 162cm. Body can be changed anytime, height cannot. I will shrink my waist from 38 inches to 33 inches. I don't overeat but I sleep less. My priority will be to improve sleep.

yeah i wouldnt go the ED route
in my experience being that thin is a bad decision, it wound up spiralling wayy out of control and im still trying to undo all the damage i had done to myself and i have been a normal weight for a year now.
besides, men fasting makes more sense than women remember men operate on a 24hr cycle, women on a 28 (or so) cycle.
ur eating patterns should change depending on what phase of ur cycle ur in as ur body needs diff things in those stages due to hormone fluctuations etc, dont force ur body into an unnatural shape that is unhealthy, get to know ur body and what it needs and i promise u will look amazing.
no one thought i looked good when i was that thin/thinner tbh

Do cardio and avoid building muscle in your thighs and glutes, id reccemend running and a low carb diet with average protein intake
