My brain feels completely fried and my eyes can barely focus through out the day. I haven’t had proper sleep in weeks… just about 4 hours a night and it’s catching up to me. What kind of damage am I doing to myself at this point?

Pwease gimme sleepmaxxing tips yall🥹 and not some melatonin gummy typa shit, it doesn’t work for me…

Ik you said no melatonin gummy shit but have you tried zzzquil gummys they have other stuff in them and is the only thing except prescription meds that help me

You can also try running I used to run 3 miles a day ( 45 min max) at an uphill incline I would have it set to 7% incline but any would work I got around 6-8 hours of sleep vs now where I get 4

I would not recommend doing this but whenever I need to fix my sleeping schedule, I pull an all-nighter and then sleep around midnight the next day. That said, the reason you aren’t getting proper sleep is probably linked to your diet. You shouldn’t be fasting so much, especially at your weight. I’m thinking you could fix your sleeping problem by adjusting your diet, in a proper way.

I can’t pull an all nighter I have school 🥹

If she's been eating very little she'll get full quickly and probably eat around the same the scale will probably help
nah from 500 or whatever to 1300 is a giant jump, she should just eat when she is hungry as her body will overtime crave what it needs to maintain. weighing the food will just encourage another eating disorder

jfl all shes doing is slowing down her metabolism even more

I’m guessing I eat around 300-500cals rn so eating 1000+ is a lot and should help me gain
It Will help if I remeber right you're 5'3 so your bmr is about 1300 just try to raise it slowly to around 1800 so you'll gain then back done to 1500 or so when you get to you're desired weight

I know, I’m not recommending it at all. You shouldn’t do it. Sleeping four hours a night is still better than not sleeping at all. I remember I pulled an all-nighter last year despite having classes the next day. For my college, near Germany, I had to travel for over 2 hours to get there, stay in school from 9 AM until 5:45 PM and then travel over 2 hours again to go back. I told myself “I’m NEVER doing this again.” I ended up doing the exact same thing the next week. :sadcat:

She probably won't crave more her body is used to the amount she's currently eating and if she does eat more she'll experience extreme hunger and could end up eating too much even after she gained the weight back

wow you wasted 4 hours of your life commuting every day :poggers:

Same, your brain isnt probably completely fried since youre still aware

If youre completely fried you lose self awareness

It was actually once a week! I was studying in Nijmegen. There were not many ethnics there so the whites were friendlier than normal. I saw buses from Germany since it was close to the border. Pretty funny. I dropped out after half a year.
