India, South Asia, Africa, South America. Also it’s not necessarily the speech monitoring itself, but of the speech they monitor. In those countries they obviously monitor drug lords and stuff but they wouldn’t give a shit about blackpill and looksmaxxing. It’s only in wealthy Euro countries and the USA that care about “extremist” topics.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean but the US monitoring specific topics. It's a free country and you can say whatever you want online and in person (with exception of inciting a riot and death threats and stuff)
