GHK CU
I have psoriasis, and after an especially bad flare up on the skin between the fingers of my hands, I bought some of this and injected it into the afflicted webbing and fingers.
It burned like hell immediately and was swollen for 48 hours. During this time it was about 4 or 5 out of 10 in terms of pain, pretty bad. I had to use up the last of my post-dental surgery painkillers. But afterwards my skin was pink, healthy, and completely healed.
I've been moisturizing that hand (lol) nightly and going to sleep with a cotton glove on it over the lotion, and while it's still a bit thin-skinned it is mostly healed now.
I will try injecting it into my scalp to see if it helps with my psoriasis there. I will also try injecting it near my groin hernia scar, and near the muscle tear in my abs to see if it is effective in repairing muscle as well.
I will also try injecting it in my face where I have some sun damage and acne scars. The swelling and pain make me wary of injecting it near joints or anything which would harm me by swelling, but the effect is limited to 1 or 2 inches in diameter and doesn't appear to penetrate bone.
BPC-157
Things tried:
TB-500
I haven't tried it yet, but I have some coming. I am more focused on healing major injuries here. It is systemic rather than localized, so I must be more careful to avoid roider gut and not end up looking like Mike Isratel (aka Giant Muscle Baby Man). That said, it is synergistic with BPC-157 so there is some merit to using it at a low dose along with that.
Ipamorelin
Minor systemic skin benefits and seemed weakly synergistic with BPC-157. I won't use it again as there doesn't seem much point.

BPC-157
Things tried:
- Rotator Cuff, Partial Tear - total recovery. Same post-injection routine as torn labrum, below.
- Torn Labrum - partial recovery, next I will try it with TB-500. Seems best to inject at the top of the shoulder near where the collar bone terminates and at either the front or the rear of the shoulder. Follow up with exercise band overhead press, external rotation, internal rotation, and rows.
- Muscle tear in abs - required significant ab work to get any effect, best injected within a few minutes before using a dedicated ab machine.
- Post-workout muscle soreness - not much effect unless taken soon after workout, or just before first sleep after workout and after a protein rich meal.
- Penis (we iz kawkmaxxing) - I injected it once just below the skin, then edged for about an hour to see what would happen. I did not notice any effect. When I get more after I attend to my remaining injuries, I will try again doing it under the skin. I should attempt it with perhaps a cock ring as well, to limit distribution it away from the penis as the blood flows away. If that doesn't work, I will try injecting it directly into the spongy tissue.
- Deep neck spinal muscle tear: Helped some, requires quite a lot of prone neck holds off the edge of my bed to really get the blood flowing. I will try again with TB-500.
- Mandible joint - I had strained it from excessive gum chewing. Post-injection my jaw was quite stiff, but it healed right up afterwards and when I stopped chewing for a year.
- Skin - I didn't actually try anything here, but after injection my skin looked younger and healthier for a few weeks.
- Torn Labrum - again, as above.
- Penis - again, as above.
- Deep neck spinal musle tear - again, as above.
- 25 year old groin hernia muscle incision that left a deep grove - doesn't really hurt me at all, but women have asked about it. I'll see what it does when injected there.
- Chin and Mandible Ramus - I will inject here to see if it can grow my mandible a bit. I'm not expecting much, but I'll chew a little gum to see what happens.
- Shins, near the joints - I will do the same before I do cardio to see if it can make me a bit taller. This will probably take a very long time to get results if it works at all, but the very localized effect of BPC-157 should prevent the usual side effects of excessive HGH.
- Shoulder blades and collar bones - I want to see if it can make these bones longer and thicker, so eventually I will try injecting it before doing a lot of heavy shrugs, overhead presses, and side raises.
- Spine - I want to see if it can make me taller, and I have a few slightly stressed discs in my back that could use a bit of HGH.
