I just got a gym membership 3 days ago and my last bicep workouts were legit 2 days ago on pull day, yes I did them twice but now tmrw is push day and my biceps STILL hurt like hell, I can't even extend them or lift things without feeling insane soreness, gymcelling brootal side effects
