There's no way I'm doing 100 reps of some excruciating forearm exercise daily just to get 0.3% more width

Jfl i did find a technique a while ago where all I was doing was flipping my meat side to side and my forearms randomly started hurting way too much and at some point next day they got sore from the muscle engagement

please tell me
just get a bench, put it 90 degrees, grab a d handle cable, snd you can press ur forearm against the bench and hand length with the cable, and do both sides of the flexor with both separate movements with great stability and load
