When you think that your friends “ hate “ you, you try to subconsciously or sometimes even consciously (which is even more brutal ) seek validation from them and it radiates self doubt and insecurity rather than just a guy who is having fun with his friends and don’t think that people don’t notice it cause they do, change your thought pattern and Stop victimizing yourself and remove yourself from your self induced fatalism.

Most of the time it’s just your head messing with you, convince yourself that if you don’t have a clear evidence then it’s just tales in my brain cause your brain is programmed to always look for error which is natural your job is to convince it that there is no error or danger.
