1. work my ass doing fifo for a few years
they pay for most your expenses, pay really well and u do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. downside is that you do really long shifts but with stims its a peace of cake, personally when I did 10 hour shifts welding with caffeine It wasnt to hard to get through the day but without it it was a nightmare.

2. save for surgeries and a down payment on investment properties
so firstly I need to ascend so hardmaxxing is a need, and also saving for a down payment for a house so I can get a mortgage and put it on rent, I personally have family who have 2 mortgages and because one is being rented out he gets the rented properties rent and the house he lives in for free, so basically in the long term you get your money back with profit a lot of the times + property

3. create a portfolio of investments, so like other then investing in many properties, I will find other stuff to invest in.
still new on this so will need to do more research
