can the indians of this forum please give me some advice
i just mix a bunch of oils and put it in my hair while i workout. the ones i typically use are castor oil, rosemary oil, coconut oil, black seed oil, and castor oil. its good especially when you work out and do cardio because the increased circulation of blood throughout your body helps nutrient absorption through the scalp. you also have to massage the oil into your hair really nicely, my mom does it for me but you can do it yourself too

your welcome!! i hope this helps cuz my hair kind of has been thinning out after i got trichotlmania and after i increasingly started oiling and workout out i felt a difference in the density of my hair

if your hair feels stiff, dry, brittle, and the ends snap off its a lack of moisture

if its stretches before breaking, feels elastic, and weak, mushy/gummy when wet, it usually needs bond repair +more strength and protein

if its the 1st id rec either the amika soulfood hair mask paired with the kerastase elixir ultime hair oil

if its the 2nd id rec the k18 leave in molecular repair hair mask, redken acidic bonding concentrate leave in treatment, and joico kpak reconstructor deep penetrating treatment

not indian but u mentioned ur blonde and i’m assuming ur dyeing it so its probably breaking off because of that. it’s going to keep splitting the shafts so either stop dyeing it blonde and do a big chop or just accept its gonna keep breaking and try to oil it like everyone else said.

wait tight hairstyles can hurt your hair?? or is it like the stress of putting it into the hairstyle with product and all that

yes its damaging your roots and can also cause breakage
for example if youre doing a really tight ponytail your hair might break where the hair tie is

What’s your diet like? That can contribute to hair loss/growth my hair got more thicker once I started eating more meats
