The stuff i've mentionned to you before, but you can try 2% topical minox if you can found some for dirt cheap.

Also keep in mind that minox speed-up hair's anagen and telogen phases so you can witness some normal shed using it. But in general anagen phases last up to 5 years so you'll be good.
Just use conditionner on scalp tho as the minox/ethanol mix can dry scalp skin
