no all I do is scrunch the curls after the shower and air dry

Ideally wash your hair, then put in some leave in conditioner and scrunch it in after showering, and then do the same thing with curl mousse and a gel cast. Wait till the gel cast hardens and then scrunch it out (or just blow dry it)
And yeah, when I started sleeping with a bonnett it eliminated so much of my frizz! Good luck dude

Keratin treatments in hair salon or any product with keratin works best!! Dont go sleep with wet hair or anything. Take enough iron asw!
